Thanks so much for your interest in vending with Juicy Market PVD! Before applying, please take a moment to read through the details below. By submitting your application, you agree to these terms.

Getting Accepted

Once accepted to a market, you’ll receive an invoice for your selected date. Payment deadlines will be noted on the invoice. Event instructions and setup details will be sent after payment is received.

Arrival & Event Time

Vendors must arrive one hour before the event starts to set up and are expected to stay for the entire event. Early breakdowns aren’t allowed—we want the market looking great until the very end!

Refund Policy & Weather

All vendor fees are non-refundable. Our events are held rain or shine. Juicy Market PVD covers licensing, permitting, insurance, and advertising ahead of each event.

Vendor Spaces

Vendor spots are thoughtfully curated by Juicy Market PVD. Spaces may not be switched or shared, and each application is valid for one vendor per space.

Waitlist & Parking

If your desired event is full, you’ll be placed on our waitlist. Please note that Juicy Market PVD is not responsible for parking tickets, towing, or lost or damaged items.

Retail Sales Permit Requirement

The State of Rhode Island requires all vendors to submit a valid Retail Sales Permit in order to vend at our events.

• Handmade items may qualify for tax exemption under the Tax Exemption for Artistic Works.

• If you do not have a Retail Sales Permit, a $10 fee per event will be added and submitted to the State of Rhode Island on your behalf.
